International Shipping
- We currently ship to select international countries (Canada, UK, EU, Australia). Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location, calculated at checkout.
- International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Tracking & Notifications
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (via USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
- Track your package using the provided link—updates are available 24 hours after shipping.
- For international orders, tracking may be limited once the package leaves the US. Contact the carrier directly for detailed international delivery updates.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or territories outside the listed service areas.
- Silk products are delicate—we use protective packaging (dust bags, padded boxes) to prevent damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for assistance.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors or your local post office first.
- For lost packages (not delivered within 7 days of the estimated delivery date), email sell@softsilk.pro with your order number and tracking details. We will initiate a carrier claim and provide a replacement or refund once the claim is approved.
- Delayed international packages may take up to 14 additional days to clear customs—we cannot process claims for delays within this window.
