By purchasing luxury silk apparel (including silk shirts, dresses, pajamas, scarves, and silk squares) from softsilk.pro (operated by Soft Silk LLC), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Your order confirmation email serves as official proof of acceptance, creating a binding legal agreement between you and our company.
Billing Terms

- One-Time Sale Model: All silk product purchases are single, non-recurring transactions. There are no automatic subscriptions, monthly charges, or hidden fees—you pay only for the items selected at checkout.
- Billing Description: Charges on your payment statement will appear as softsilk.pro to clearly identify your luxury silk apparel purchase.
- Payment Security: We use industry-standard encrypted payment processors to protect your credit card, debit card, or digital wallet information. Soft Silk LLC does not store full payment details on our servers.

- Silk products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you within 2 business days and offer a full refund or backorder option with estimated delivery dates.
Customer Responsibilities

- Provide accurate shipping information (name, address, contact details) during checkout. We are not liable for delayed or misdelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete information.
- Review sizing charts carefully before purchasing. Silk fabric has natural variations, and minor size discrepancies (within 0.5 inches) are not considered defects.
- Follow our silk care instructions to maintain product quality. Damages from improper care (e.g., harsh detergents, high heat, or unauthorized alterations) are not covered under our refund or exchange policy.
Limitation of Liability

- We are liable for defective silk products (e.g., manufacturing flaws, fabric tears, or incorrect sizing) up to the total cost of the affected item(s). Replacement or refund will be provided per our Refund Policy.
- We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., inconvenience, missed events, or loss of use) or damages caused by third parties (e.g., shipping carriers, improper care, or accidental damage after delivery).
- Our liability does not extend to normal wear and tear of silk fabric, or color fading due to prolonged exposure to sunlight or improper washing.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes arising from your purchase will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Hemet, CA.
